Step 1: Login to Your Account

  • Visit the login page and then go to My Account.
  • Enter your username and password to access the vendor dashboard.

Step 2: How to Access the Vendor Dashboard

  • After logging in, you will be redirected to the account page.
  • After that, you will see the button of "Vendor Dashboard."
  • Click the button and redirect to the Vendor Dashboard.

STEP 3: Add New Product

  • Once you are logged in, navigate to the Dashboard.
  • Go to the Products > Add New to start creating your product.

STEP 4: Product Content

  • Product Title: Create a catchy and clear name for your product. The title should be 5 to 7 words long.
  • The title should clearly explain in brief what exactly the product is doing.
  • Product Description: Write a detailed description explaining your product's features, benefits, and unique selling points. Be concise, clear, and informative.
  • In the product description, start with the product name, which should be centre-aligned and in Bold format.
  • Eg: Kindly follow this format: (Product Name): (Function of Product)
  • Upload the image related to your product in the description (make sure it's sized at 831x711 pixels for optimal display).
  • The format of the images should be png, jpg, webp, and GIF only.
  • Make your image full size in description box
  • Click on the edit icon (pen)
  • Go to size option, and choose the full-width size

STEP 5: Feature Image

  • Add a Feature Image that will visually represent your product (this image will be shown in product listings, search results, and category pages).
  • Make sure the image accurately reflects the product. ( it's sized at 831x711 pixels for optimal display).
  • Image format: use only (png, jpg ,webp,GIF )only .
  • Uploading size should be less than 1 MB.

STEP 6: Add Your Roadmap and Use Cases

  • In this section, you need to add your "roadmap,ā€ which means the future updates you are planning for your product.
  • Then Write, what are the use cases of your product? How is your product going to help in solving the problem of the user?

STEP 7: Tiers and TL; DR (Too Long; Didnā€™t Read)

  • After filling in the roadmap details and use cases, the TL;DR section comes.
  • The first 3 fields fill in TL;DR points that summarize your product. What exactly is your product?
  • Try to make all the pointers short and simple (they should be fitted in one line).
  • In the last field, mention the names of the alternatives to this product.

STEP 8: Add a Full working YouTube video link of the product

  • In this field, please include the link to the product's introduction video.
  • The video will demonstrate how your product actually works.

STEP 9: Add Genuine Customer Review of the product: TrustPilot, Capterra, g2

  • In this field, add a genuine review of the product that is given by customers of the product.

STEP 10: Main Pricing widget (required)

  • In the first step, You have to choose product conditions. Then, Scroll down; this section is where you add the pricing of the product.
  • In the second step, See the pricing table where you can add the actual product pricing.
  • In the third step, At least create one plan with the same sale price and regular price on the "Add plan" button.
  • In the fourth step, add the redemption instructions.

STEP 11: Add multiple [tiers/plans] of the product

  • Before creating a plan for the product, "First save the product details that you have filled in."
  • Fill out all the sections carefully (do not skip any of the section)
  • In this Section, You will see the button "Add plan."
  • If your product has multiple tiers or pricing plans (e.g., Basic, Pro, Enterprise), then Click on the "Add Plan" button; there are open fields below.
  • Plan Name: Enter the plan name, such as basic pro or tier 1,tier 2, etc.
  • Plan Price: Enter the price at which you want to sell your product.
  • Double-check that the pricing is accurate and fills in correctly.
  • Make sure the pricing is listed in ascending order (that means first the smallest plan and then go to the biggest one.)
  • Regular Plan Price: Enter the regular price you usually sell.
  • Features: Enter what features are included in this plan.
  • (Ensure that there are no unnecessary dots added in the product description or features.)
  • Non-features: Enter what features are not provided in this plan.
  • Licence code: Enter the licence code line by line. [You can copy and paste from any types of file (doc, Excel, etc.) easily.]
  • Licence limit
  • For non-stackable deals, set the limit to 1.
  • For stackable deals, set the limit for how many codes can be stacked.
  • For creating more plans, follow the same process.

STEP 12: SEO Optimization

  • First: Create a focus keyword by adding "lifetime deal" at the end. Ensure the focus keyword aligns with the function of your tool.(the keyword should be of less competition so that your tool gets ranked on top of the Google)
  • Second: Write a meta description that includes your tool's name and its focus keyword. This should be a brief definition of your tool and be no longer than 156 characters.
  • Third: Generate 6-7 keyword synonyms that are closely related to your focus keyword.
  • Fourth: Include additional relevant keywords that are similar to your focus keyword.

STEP 13: Vendor Testimonial or Founderā€™s Note

  • Scroll down, then Add your Name , images, or company Name.
  • This could be a simple quote or a note to introduce yourself and the product.

STEP 14: FAQs

  • Add a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section to help potential buyers with common queries about the product.

STEP 15: Submit For Review

  • Once all the information is filled out, you can:
