2. How many codes can I stack?
Answer: You can stack up to 3 codes, which covers up to 25 seats. For teams larger than that, Camelo offers custom subscription options to scale with your business.
3. What is a seat?
Answer: All individuals (owners, admins, staff) count as “seats”. For example, Tier 1 includes 5 total seats—owner included .
4. Is Camelo compliant with standards like PIPEDA/HIPAA for healthcare use?
Answer: Yes. Camelo is PIPEDA and HIPAA compliant, hosted on AWS with full compliance certifications. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is also available to document data handling and security protocols.
5. Can I track staff certifications/licenses and get expiry notifications?
Answer: Yes. Camelo’s Documents feature lets you upload multiple certifications or licenses per employee, set expiration dates, and receive email or in-app reminders before they expire.
6. Does Camelo support geo-location or live GPS tracking for staff?
Answer: Camelo does not yet support live GPS tracking during shifts. However, it provides geo-verification by logging employee locations at clock-in and clock-out. Full geofencing and live tracking are on the roadmap.
7. Can I manage leave balances, accruals, and carry-over?

Answer: Camelo is not a calendar booking app like TidyCal or Calendly. It’s a shift scheduling and workforce management platform designed for businesses that need to manage employee schedules, attendance, team communication, and tasks.
If you’re looking for a tool to book back-to-back meetings, send confirmation emails, and manage reminders—Camelo won’t be the right fit. But if you need to schedule shifts, track time, and coordinate teams (especially in retail, hospitality, or healthcare), Camelo is purpose-built for that.
