Cons:
No way to add sub-accounts. Video instructions detail how to add clients and turn them into subscribers. Not sure why there is a entirely different tab labeled “sub-accounts” that has no option to add sub-accounts. Rather as explained earlier, you are instructed to add customer accounts and change them to subscribers.
“Agency” here does not mean team or shared access. Sub-accounts (client accounts) are separate from main account.
I recommend the smaller LTD options or another alternative if you need team features.
