Questions:-How to switch the dialog to the live operator?

A bot can send a user to the live chat if it is not sure about several responses. Automatically. And you can switch a user to live chat by adding this feature to your Answer block. There are no other functions.

Questions:- How to use Odus on WordPress websites?

To add our widget to WordPress, we recommend using the HFCM plugin. Try it and write to us about the result.

Questions:- How can I transfer my bot to another account?

Send an invitation link with admin permissions to another user: Your bot – Configure – Permissions.

After that, the invited user will be able to remove your access to the bot. You can also delete your profile and, when deleted, transfer the rights on your bots to another administrator (you must first invite him by reference).

Questions:- How can I connect not my facebook pages?

One bot – one page. Create a new bot and connect the page. To connect your friend’s page, you must first become the administrator of his page. After that, you need to re-login to the Odus platform.

Questions:-Can I create user segments?

Yes, you can. To add a user to a segment, you need to add the corresponding function to your Answer block using Dialog Builder.

Questions:- Tell me about the Tags.

Tag is the value for any entity! There can be NO “yes” or “hello” tags or «all sentence» tags. To the bot understand the answer as consent or refusal is enough to write a few examples. No need to tag it. 

Tags should be used if you need to give a very accurate answer. For example, say how much specific product costs, not all products. To do this creates the tag “products” and the values “product 1”, “product 2”, etc. 

The intent may not contain all examples with all products. Only with one – “product 1”. But the answers to this intent may be different based on the “tag=product 1,2,3 etc.” condition.

Questions:-Do you have a public API?

At the moment, Odus API is in the closed access. To access you must be our enterprise customer. Public API will be available later.

Questions:- My bot doesn’t understand what I’m writing to him!

There are several solutions to the problem:

  1. Try adding more examples to the Intents – 5 or more questions (at least 2-4 words each). In one Intent add questions similar in meaning only.
  2. If you add a response option with a condition (tag) to the Answer Block, then it is advisable to add another response option with no conditions.
  3. Do not use the tag for long sentences or expressions that are not related to the value of a parameter. For example, “yes”, “no”, “hello”, “contact” cannot be tag values.
  4. Do not forget to train the bot. :)

To do this, you need to create an account using your business email. After that, let us know from which account and to which (email) you want to transfer your profile.
