How do you ensure that the widget works in all email apps? Are the selection pure links to your backend?
We have tested this in many email programs that either use standard email signatures or HTML email signatures, and RateMyService works well in both. We have even tested this with bulk email (e.g. MailChimp) programs, and have had no issues.
The survey when inserted in your email signature is displayed by images. These are hyperlinked to our survey form, which is a webpage and is part of our system.

Can V have 1 to 10 ratings ? Also can we have sequence of questions with 1 to 10 ratings ? Last but most important if the customer gives more then 8 will it be directed to my social media like Gmaps, facebook page, linkedin etc. for review
