You can also verify this by checking the list of installed extensions. Note from customer: Note that Chrome://extensions did not work with a sub-folder!! 3. Do you know the average post/word count per credit? Or the credit-to-word or post ratio?

– No. You cannot add images to promotions. You can only add the promotions in text format.

– Engagi PRO and Elite work with all major social media platforms. You can find the Engagi icon in the comment sections of LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Threads, and YouTube. You can access the icon from the global list in the extension for other platforms. Pin the Engagi icon from your extension list, and whenever you want to use it, just click on the icon. Please note that Engagi is a Chrome extension and cannot be installed on mobile devices.

6. How many credits will get my Engagi PRO sub-users: 50000, 8500, or other? Because on some of your other software, a few days after the launch, the first sub-users created have 50000 credits, and after some weeks, they only have 8500. So, I need to know precisely the number of credits Engagi PRO sub-users will get so I don’t provide false information if you decide to modify the number of credits after a few weeks.

8. I cannot locate where to upload the Engagi folder on the Chrome Extensions screen. Where do I go? There is no upload button showing.

9. I installed the Engagi extension on a Brave browser. I signed into Facebook and triggered Engagi on a post in Romanian—it said, “Unable to detect details. Please enter details here”. Does Engagi work in Romanian?
